From May 5th to 7th, the community of Quixadà hosted the fourth CMOP Meeting, involving all members of the ecclesial family, from consecrated members of common life to affiliated spouses and lay people. The main theme, "Let yourselves be reconciled with God," provided an opportunity for a profound examination of conscience and a renewed spiritual commitment.
The highlights of the meeting were the catecheses, led by Prof. Eduardo Viero, psychologist and professor at the Catholic University of Quixadà , and by Father Pablo Noguerio Alsemo, a priest of the local diocese. Both shared personal experiences of reconciliation with God, highlighting life challenges and the importance of opening up to divine love and mercy.
The testimony of Fr. Gabriele added a special touch, offering a tangible exemplification of how faith can transform difficulties into opportunities to encounter God.
The meeting began on Friday evening with an introductory speech by Father Martino followed by the Holy Mass, in an atmosphere of contemplation and reflection. Moments of collective and individual prayer, combined with recreational activities, enriched the spiritual experience of the participants.
The eve of Saturday evening offered the opportunity for confession, preparing hearts for the culmination of the meeting on Sunday afternoon with Father Martino's concluding speech, reaffirming the importance of reconciliation and openness to the love of God the Father in everyday life.
The fourth CMOP meeting in Quixadà concluded leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of the participants, inspiring them to continue their journey of faith and reconciliation with God and others.
